What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please be sure to bring a valid photo id, insurance card(s), and completed New Patient Paperwork.

Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?
If you do not complete the New Patient Paperwork ahead of time, we ask you arrive at our office 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
If you have the New Patient Paperwork completed, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we may ensure all records are complete and in order. As well, there are some questionnaires that the clinician may request you to complete prior to meeting with you.

What is the age range for therapy patients?
Currently, our social workers and doctors see patients ranging from 14 years old to over 80 years old.
How long are therapy sessions?
Therapy in the office is provided in 45 minute sessions. For off-site therapy, briefer sessions are also available.
